Donna Davis, 73, of
Flora, died at 1 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2000 in her home. Born September 20,
1926 in Flora, she attended Flora High School. She married Leo Davis on May 5,
1951, in Flora. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1986. Mrs. Davis was a
homemaker and attended Living Faith Church of the Brethren. Surviving are: a
son, Jeff Davis of Flora; three daughters, Debbie Robinson of Deer Creek,
Brenda Davis of Flora and Linda Schmidt of Attica; a brother, Joe Spurgeon of
Flora; two sisters, Ruby Hinkle of Flora and Betty Chastain of Mitchell; and
three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, three brothers, and
two sisters. Visitation was Friday at Reinke Funeral Home, Flora. Service there
on Saturday with Rev. Alvin Grumbling officiating. Interment in Maple Lawn
Cemetery, Flora. Memorials may be made to Diabetes Foundation. – jlr - thanks D&M too
